i don't see why a bad relay would blow that fuse...................? Stock or aftermarket signals ? could be a problem with t.s. wiring....
Not a good idea to remove the airbox base from the carb set, and you accomplished nothing by doing so. :confused:
take a photo of the bike with the new helmet resting on the fuel tank or seat and post it here.
try heat wrap on the section of exhaust pipes nearest the foot and reflective silver tape on the back of the heat guard.
Is slave leaking fluid ? if not, clutch line might need bleeding. if leaking buy and install a new seal kit wherever it's needed, either slave or mc.
Radiator caps sometimes go bad and won't hold pressure................:confused: Bikes don't like idling for prolonged periods and most do tend...

stators blow out if any wires touch each other or ground.
So possibly the PO damaged the bolt hole threads and you're not getting the clamping force you need.

Torqued to proppa spec on the bolt, the chain tension won't change, so don't fret. :Heh:
