I've got Pirelli Demons (Bias ply) on my 1000R. Very happy. Not even sure if they make them any more... it's been that long getting mine done....

Lots of variables. What's the tire pressure in your front tire? When was the last time the steering stem bearings were inspected or replaced?
I think they look fine. Never have removed oil lines to do valve adjustments, but I'll have to say, it would be nice if they weren't there. :)
Pretty sure it's stamped in the rotor somewhere. Think it's 4.5 or 5 mm. Someone will chime in soon and verify.
If your rotors aren't grooved, warped, or less than the min. thickness, I would spend money elsewhere for now. Just be sure to clean them real...
