They are extremely low maintenance machines, especially the S with shaft drive. Change oil, ride, repeat. The only issue the S and CBX engines...
It does have hyd self adjusting valves. Same motor as the S, but 750cc.

Yours is probably SLIGHTLY swollen too. It's from water being trapped in the frame and freezing and expanding. There was a Honda Service...
Is the frame also swollen in the rusted areas?
