No - does not run without the engine running. Doesn't run with key on....engine has to be running.....
Funny when I searched for turn signal relay - there's one from Great Britain on eBay that looks like mine (round) but all the others from the US...
Looking at the Partszilla schematic....that is supposed to be the turn signal relay.....
