I would just grab your part, hit up autozone or simular auto parts store... shouldnt be that hard if its just a hose...
Is that a hose? Or a tube with strainer on it? I looked in Partzilla...
Did you clean the reservoirs out - wipe them clear with paper towels and then Q-Tip all the gunk in the corners before adding new fluid?
You should consider replacing sooner rather than later.

Its been done... I think miniCarver on VFRD did his ... 5th motor, RWB 2007 bike.... 8th gen wheels and swingarm, 8th forks with Brembo front...

Ok - maybe there was a little confusssion over wahts a pass and wahts a fail in the R/R section of the Drill.. so I updated... Hope this helps...
You have the classic Honda OEM R/R of death... .dont replace with OEM... (It would be fine if your willing to run the bike at idle all day. ;))...

Sure, its a blend of Moly/Telfon dry lube, any where a low friction shot is needed.... Inside door hinges are great, keyholes... other...
