The moving parts on the carb cluster that react when the throttle cables are attached to them and the throttle is revved by the right hand........
Both cables were removed and then moved freely......gotta be the carb throttle......thanks!
Dang....took me a few posts to realize this was an old thread. While we're on the subject.......would these inner panels for the RC24 also work...
Looks like I'm pulling the carbs back off tomorrow, checking the throttle functionality, and then re-installing. I disconnected the two cables...
Upon further reflection....seems like I should be able to remove the cables from their clamps but not remove the ends from the wheel. Then test...
