dash 012 is the size ( -012 ). any industrial bearing shop will have them cheap. viton is the best material.

i agree that a real RK chain is made in japan but i suspect the $100 chain may be counterfeit.
avoid aluminum alloy rear sprockets since they wear out twice as fast as steel.

chains wear more with more miles, how many miles on your 800 ? dija get any maintenance records ? in most cases oem chains last 25,000-35,000...

chinese pump ? :eek: wouldn't be too unusual to find BFF (Bad From the Factory). measure resistance across pump wires and report. also, unplug...
if the bike seems weak and if it surges at small throttle openings, you can open up the screws sup to about 2 1/2 turns to improve running....
