imo, the best vfr's were gen4, no vtec, no complicated fuel injection with multiple failure points, lighter, much simpler. [ATTACH]

probably find one on ebay for about $30. the same mc was used on dozens of honda bikes over a wide span of years.
any auto supply store will have the switch you need, also any good hardware store.

yeah, you could play round with the idle mixture screws if you reviewed the fsm first AND have the special tool. problems could suggest dirty...

if the carbs are clean and temperature is above about 65F. try starting without any choke ( or try about 20%) and use idle speed adjustment screw...

on some models the bottom of the screw is round.
none of that makes any sense at all. :oops: plugged vent lines produce vacuum, not pressure.
