It seems your reg may have issues. If it has a shorted diode it will drop stator output huge
Nothing wrong with that. It is fine
That is fine. Was output low
Sorry meant it can be connected for voltage test, just use a pin to pierce the wires for test points. Just use a small pin
Only need to disconnect it for ohm check. Voltage output doesn't matter. Need about 50-70 volts at 5000 rpm
eprom needs to be replaced,e2proms can be written again, but who uses such old technology anymore? tsops are by far more popular to work with
your stator output is way too low dude, you should be hitting <>70 vac between tany two phases
I do not have cam specs on the 700?
if both intake and exhust are straight up on compression then no. anyone have spec on cam lobes for me, I need degrees on cam lobes
dude, chill, you have to post stator readings, without that we can not help
so you say when you bring up on compression for #1 the lobes for that cyc are facinging up, will be normal, next to open will be exhust valves...
I think when you chech ohms to ground and other phases you will find it is not in good shape
mellodude is on the right page here
welcome and enjoy this great group of people
np zoom will answer any ? you have. if I have no answer I will find it for you, tink and squirrel are a great resource as are many others here....

electronic technologist for 22 years now zoom
I thought as much
and may I ask why input impedence is important on a dmm. I know but just tossing that out
dude, come and talk to me when you can run a spectrum anayliser
