Agree to a point, wrenching 40+ yrs...but I do both depending on how critical it is...I have a low range torque wrench for that purpose...

Agree with Captain - the bolts are small flange, 8mm hex... go 7 ft-lbs.... interesting the stator cover lists 9 ft-lbs...
The thing is... you have to keep up with it, with annual brake fluid flushes, especially the secondary master cyclinder. And its a headache to...
