Yes it is quality seems fine. I used the OEM fasteners and all I had to do was make one hole about 1/8 of an inch longer using a small round file.

Yes for inside the fork tube is where you can put a PVC fork spacer. Why cut the factory spacer when you can get 10 feet of 1"pvc for 2 bucks....
Just get some 1" PVC and a make a new spacer
