available free on pdf innit ?
that book is my BIBLE but your bike is different in so many ways it may not be entirely useful.
???????????????????????????????
i saw one home-built of plumbing pipe !
yes, the chinese will sell you half- priced parts, but they last half as long and never work as well as oem.
take the pledge: no cheap chinese garbage replacement parts on MY bike.
sometimes you can just flip the original seal front to back
fucked
OK, try adjusting the #3 screw in and out while the bike is running to see if you can find a sweet spot or any noticeable difference.
i think your low speed mixture adjustments are air screws rather than fuel screws, right ?
i agree, but i think a suitably-sized clear tube to fit into the drain hole could be found and would be a useful test.
how could we be so far along without this question having been answered already ?
^^^ some day  (i have a new way to bench-synch carbs..........)
born of frustration !
i gotta admit that i usually file down, profile and round off the normally square tube ends that go into the boots on my vfr cabs, taking off...
expect to fiddle with the idle adjustment screw if you want good running both cold and hot. in order not to use too much c hoke and risk...
^^ right, jim, no effect. i suggest blasting mixture screw hole on #3 with carb cleaner spray followed by compressed air, probably something...
THANK YOU !
never heard that before o_O wouldn't it help to just bump up idle speed ?
yeah, i got pranked.
