drop the oil pan and see if a pin is down there, the shift segment pin for second may have come out
ok measure neg bat term to frame ground when running. incorrect voltage will toss the inj system out to lunch
what is the voltage at the battery when the bike is running? do you have access to a scope, if so check for excessive ripple at battery when running
you must solder the connections for a proper fix
