That tube has 2 parts, the reserve is lower. Drain the tank with a plastic tube into the filler cap and let gravity do the rest.

its not the cost - your bike was only designed for 91 octane. You just don't need to use it normally.
fyi - you do not need V-Power - once in a while is fine, but its not like you need the octane boost. Before I winterise my bikes i put V-power...
