Yep. Your keyswitch is definitely causing the problem.
Okay Hamster,coupla very simple tests for you,get out your test light and locate that keyswitch electrical connector in the main wire harness once...

Alright then follow the wiring from the keyswitch back to the electrical connector plug that plugs into the main wiring harness and disconnect it....
So you're saying that all the fuses are good but when you turn the keyswitch to the "On" position nothing at all powers up?
Check your main power fuse.
