The bike might just need riding, the rotors knocking the pads do retract pistons to a certain degree. Keep my fingers crossed for you.

You should get 1-2 turns of the wheel, pistons should move by hand.My guess would be caliper seals need replacing.

Heat is the answer. I couldn't get the big nut off my 99 fi rear hub ,just wouldn't budge. Heated it with my paint stripping hot air gun and bingo !
