Ya..I had a 05 vfr, i have a 00 now, both did mostly long trips, check my links..anyway..looking to replace the 00 as I just want a new bike!...
FJR is very interesting, does interest me more than a st or such, still big, but seems smaller than the rest.....but the fz1 with the touring...
I always do 10 mpg better on the highway rides..55+ (cnd), my 00 always does about 5 better than my 05 .

I had a 05, currently a 00....ergos are very close..I did find the seat a bit better shape on the 00, but otherwise it probably just comes down...

I got a small antitheft cable , about 8 inches with loops on both ends..it was the helmet lock thing from the vstrom thing..only good thing about...

I use a pressure washer, when its not working ,just the garden hose and soap..pressure works good! then just hang em in the sun..
