Hey man..my take on the side mount rads..they are the best thing in water cooled bikes out there..I find mine is a very cool bike in the heat...
depends where i am riding it..all hiway...easy go 200 + miles, around town or flogging it up the side of the mtn..much less.....where did you ride?
