    Recommended Synthetic Oil for 5th gen?

    That is fine my 5th gen shifted like a hot knife through butter after using it. Nice on the hwy too. Best oil you can get for a bike period, Imo....

    Do you go by the stock markings on the chain guard or some other method? Mechanic is telling me even though the chain is past the limit marked on...

    98 for sure :) I have a 98 and an 00 and love them both! Rode a 6th gen once and hated it in comparison.

    Can't seem to find a map for my 2000, with a Vance & Hines SS2R pipe. Anyone got one? If I can't locate a map I might not get a Pc3 :(
