for long trips i use the beads from beadrider.com for my seat.....looks kinda oldmanish....but you wont care went you are on the bike....only 40$...
run the loops of the cable...they come w/loops on both ends...... through what you want to lock.....and lock both loops in the helmet...
runa cable to the helmet lock and through the helmet rings........areostitch sells em cheap....nice also if you have a helmet with no rings
