#2&4 pulse generator, cdi box or cam pulse generator. Not a fuel problem. Or connector/wiring for any one of those. Got a wiring diagram? Helps...

But did you make sure the pilot circuit is cleaned out? That's what usually plugs. How did you adjust the pilot screws? Did you sync the carbs...

change to SS brake lines and you'll notice the difference to a solid feel. Plus linked braking may be part of it.
