That is a Suzuki TL fender. It came with the inverted fork front end from the bone yard.

The "boss" says front fender white. I did find a VERY DARK blue at a fabric store that I'm leaning towords. She is leaning white. Keeping it clean...

That was kind of the idea. Modern but classic on the paint.
