It is not caused by the HID's. That fuse is not part of the headlight circuit, it is part of the fuel circuit. This fuse holder is very failure...

Well the 1200s have more of a high pichted tinny sound to them, so I would stay away from cheap ebay pipes like delkevic and lean more to high end...
I think it is mainly there for if the filter is so old/dirty that it stops letting oil pass through, the bypass opens up and allows oil to pass...
