Your best bet is a bearing puller, but the alternative is to use a flat head screwdriver and feel for the lip where the bearing sets in the wheel...
check the fluid level in the rear resevior to make sure it isn't low, otherwise new pads would probably be a good investment. I put EBC pads on...
