slotted means it is adj. poorly adj one will make any fuel inj sys perform badly
are mounting holes not slotted?
there should be an adj to set it up at key on/engine off voltage

see if one goes to your bank angle sensor, white blue has to be 12 volts, that 12 v then goes throught the engine stop relay, then the fuel cut...
