I would suggest Mobil 1 10w-40 motorcycle oil or rotella t 15w-40 oil. Do not use car or energy conserving oils they can cause clutch slippage....
Personally I am not a fan of overly loud pipes and I think straight pipes are right out. That might be why I spent the time and effort to custom...
I would bet good money nothing from a Magna / sabre would fit any interceptor without modding.

I would rejet if you have popping on deceleration but get a K&N first and then rejet for both. Maybe 2 sizes up from where you are now.
