in my experience, modern plastic floats never go bad. did you install new float needles from the kit ? did you check the float height settings?

synch has nothing to do with valves :rolleyes: instead, it sets all throttle butterflies to the same positions.
normal. a warm engine doesnt like choke. if you use it for starting try choke halfway on, not full. unless the bike hasnt been ridden in weeks...
what did you do to synch the carbs ? if you cant get a smooth idle at 1200rpm, synch [or someting else] might need fixin.
back the IDLE SPEED screw out until rpm stays at about 1200. not mixture screw.
