sometimes im over-cautious, yes o_O
be sure to recheck coolant level under the rad cap after your first ride [cold engine] and top up as necessary.
sometimes it helps to remove the slave cyl to retract and to hold back the piston with a C-clamp. also, unbolt mc from bar and hold it vertically...
