FZ1 probably handles better than a 6th gen.

Id say they worked great, two up and 6th gen with stock suspension im sure it wasn't confidence inspiring.
My bike runs 177 to 190 give it hell to. I've never considered that to be to cold.

The later year were mounted differently on the bike and the fittings are turned and makes it were the stock OC lines won't work on it.
I do know that the 00-01 RC51 coolers will fit on fifth gens not sure if it all bolt to other models.
