Normal...mine does the same thing. I run 170-185 in normal cruise depending on how hot it is and it will get to 221 (fan kick on) quick in stop...

Exactly....my method is to spray the WD40 on an old towel and than wipe the rim. Do not spray directly on the rim or it WILL get on the tire :)
