i switched to amsoil 10-40 kinda expensive. the only thing i noticed over cheap petroleum based products is i no longer add oil between oil...
my understanding of synthetic oil is that it doesn't break down as fast, like godefroi says. since i switched to synthetic i have yet to top oil...
