Alright, for your 84 700, right hand fork= 11.9 oz. left hand fork= 12.5 oz. Some Dextron ATF should do the trick. Also, you are going to want 0-6...
best thing I did was put in some progressive springs, that way you can get rid of the entire "air" system altogether.
