Don't know about "all" generations - but the 3rd & 4th gen rear wheels swap fine. IIRC, the 4th gen rear wheel is somewhat narrower.
Turns out the 4th gen exhaust on the 3rd gen, loses the 3rd gen centerstand. It "may" be possible to fabricate a spacer. I've seen pics of a TBR...
