Seems to me that I read some where that a fuel pump from a Honda Civic will fit an 86 VFR750F. Is there any truth to this, and has anyone done...
I've seen the same thing on the SOHC forum, only on bikes from Japan. The consensus there is that it lights up when you exceed the speed limit.

Finally got my '86 VFR750F off the transport. The battery is too low to turn the starter. I know I probably just need to get a new one... now...
Ended up with JC Motors, in Irvine, CA. They had the best price, no deductible ins, and several recommendations from guys on the Honda SOHC4...

Scored today! 1986 VFR750F from ebay, think it's in good shape, 20,000 miles roughly. RWB. I'm pumped, it'll probably be a couple of weeks...
