Vibranators definitely pricier but worth every penny. I have helibars with the Vibranators - fantastic combination!
PR4s are awesome in both wet and dry conditions. I didn't think PR3s could be improved upon but these are the best tires for any VFR.

PC5 and custom dyno tune did wonders for my '04 - whole new bike
I should also add that the voltage dropped to 4 while turning over.
