shave foam off the one ya got is an option
chain has tight spots, replace along with sprockets
seat comes off in 5 sec, measure at the battery would be the easiest

the usual, forks,brakes,tires,chain, sprockets, overall condition, engine leaks, coolant leaks, strong running, good idle....and measure the damn...
I lube it with dish soap and work it into place with a small screwdriver
