In Melbourne Australia its quite legal and free to park your motorcycle on the footpath (sidewalk) so long as you dont obstruct the pedestrians....

For 2007 the indicator lenses changed to clear and I think the VTEC cut in RPM was lowered slightly (though that may have been a year earlier? )
