Tank decals are under the clear coat, the fairing ones are not...

Nah, they come off easily with a wrench, I just can't quite get it by hand...
No, I put new oil on there, turn till snug, then one hand twist as hard as I can. Do this on Bikes, cars, trucks. Never had a leak yet....
