    20 amp fuse pops Just went checked the ECM, if I disconnect the gray plug from ECM then the fuse is fine. of course, the bike does not start....

    The same thing happened to my '99 VFR800, too. First the battery died, had to jump start couple times. Unsufficient charging. Replaced the battery...
