    Sounds like a corroded water jacket around the exhaust port. Combustion gases wise, given the path, mixing and temperature for the bubbles...

    Check your injector loom to main loom connector and the kill switch circuit plug in the same spot.

    brake upgrade is complete now. ecm just waiting on air fuel map and some sensor resistances. suspension control system is about 1/2 way.

    could always undo the 4 bolts holding the subframe on. fit the tray then bolt it up again.

    try reading your plugs. sounds like head gasket on the way out.
