I did use silicone lube grease...brand is Super Lube..Also used it on my Valkyrie brake rebuild and no issues......

I got the brakes done ...not going to describe all the gyrations to get there...brake lever is decent... So a question?.....the brakes...

I think your head gasket is ok. Seeing the reservoir completely full doesn't feel right to me, like it shouldn't be blowing that much...

Dunno what I can add, but I do know the full reservoir is goofy wrong... more digging required...Double check.... there is a hose that...

If you think the 800 has a slow-to-fill radiator system, just wait until you try a VFR1200...

Havent had any problem with aftermarket rad caps.... Trying out this higher pressure rated one.....
