    No I've never had the seat off. The real issue is my batterbattery seems to be dead. I'm trying to get to the battery to connect the trickle charger.

    Cant get the seat lock to unlock.

    I'm trying to get to the battery (another story) and I put the key in and turn and it just....... stops. It turns about 3/4 of abturn then stops....
