I have tracked mine, ridden two up, taken it real easy by keeping it below 6.5k rpms. About everyone that I have talked to gets about the same....
it is really hard to say... never in a sidewall. i would recommend using one of those plug - patches rather than just a patch or just a plug....
not really... just plugged all the evap lines and unplugged electronics, but need to take it on a long freeway trip to see if milage improves...

don't think you will ever get the right answer. Are you are refering to the 3 > 5 grand surge? Synchronizing the SVs will not hurt anything but...
