I have a 99 and like i told reg71, i've spent most of my time on the highway cruising at around 5k and rarely revv it high when i'm in the city. It's been on a few canyon runs on the 33 but thats about it. with 34k could i wait just a little while?

      Crusty Rider,

The quadzilla project is moving forward.
I could not use the Kawasaki 1500 carbs because I found out there is no parts available .Like needles or jets.
I did start it with those carbs and it immediately started and idled!

I am back to stock carbs now.
Working on details. like the starter switch wiring.

Hey Crusty, I'm very new to forum.. and new to my 1987 VFR 700 that i picked up.. someone on the gen-chat board told me that you had the same bike. How do i get the seat to release? I couldn't find where it would be locked w/ a key.. but i may have overlooked it. just saw the helmet hook.

Hey Crusty, I saw your conversation about your issues with Vista. I have always had a Mac and I realize folks who use IBM platforms have their reasons for needing certain data and accounting capabilities. But.......Get you a Mac and be happy 'til you die.
