As jafo said, make sure your pilot jets and circuits are clear and pilot screws are 2 1/2 to 3 turns out. Also, you should check/adjust valves....

Float bowls are set at 7mm. Only had to adjust 1 (1mm off). Fuel valves seat good via test.
Oh, also. The O-rings on pilot screws are not new but seem to fit tight on screws. This may be an additional problem, no?
