    I have still get the rpm needle realigned. It is off by 300 rpm. My OCD wants to get it fixed. thanks Anik

    Mounted the new gauges with integrated voltmeter I think my rpm needle is slightly off. Would need dismantle it all over again [IMG] thanks Anik

    Wd40 will work. To make it more effective you should take the switch off the handle bar and spray inside too.

    Some more thoughts... remove the screws first to see how far behind the needle goes. Once that is marked screw it back and proceed as above....

    Was wondering if you remove the stop tab first, to see where the needles stop and then take it out... Would work ??

    That is what I thought. Was thinking if there is space under the pointer, then to make a marking on the needle sticking out. May give a relative...
