Someone had to photoshop that. Probably poking fun at a buddy who hauls around too much crap. There's no support under the fairing there that would support a canoe, or anything else for that matter. I can't even imagine what the handling would be like with the center of gravity moved that high.

The shadow isn't right for the canoe or the spare wheels. Better than I could do. I do have a tendency to pack like that.

Just the title of the thread made me think...... You have obviously never seen stoshmonsters bike. He gets the win period. On another note I did see a BMW at Longs BBQ a few years back that had the fucking canoe on top just like that, no shit. The whole crew at Long's that year saw it at the beach so I am not telling stories oot my butt.

I did see a KLR with a surfboard on the side in Hawaii. Also saw a KLR in Colorado with a rafting canoe rigged up as a sidecar.

Damn stosh, no matter how many times I see pics of your masterpiece over the years I am simply in awe of the beauty, time, planning, and of course money you have in that thing. Love to see her in person one day.

Haven't had the bike out on the road since I installed it Sunofwolf so all I can tell you about it is that it sure does look pretty.

Used to. These days though she sits in a dark corner at the back of the garage covered in cobwebs under a dusty tarp.
To many other projects going on right now and no time or money available to complete this one.
    Someday though...... :eek:hwell:

WHAT??? And spoil my surprise! :heh:

    Yeah mon!

Well my friend since VFR Love also asked I s'pose a few more couldn't hurt. Enjoy. :joker:

This last pic was taken on October 26th 2012. This is how the bike currently looks,I've made no progress since then.

    Brrrr..... :smow: It does Greg.
There's not much else to do after the Packers are done playing for the season so I figure I might as well go out to the garage and think up some more bizarre $hit to do to my bike.

Just a heads-up Allyance, although there are quite a few anodized bits on the bike the majority of what you see in my pics is actually paint work that was done by my buddy Pez.

Anyone have a pic of the adventure bike with the surfboard roof rack we saw in San Diego a few years back?

    It was similar to this

Nice job, on both anodizing and painting, hope you get motivated again and finish it!
