Yo! is anyone going the AMA race in Jersey?

AMA Superbike Championship Weekend at NJMP

I thought this would be cool race to attend especially since is close by. I thought I would put this out to see if there might be some interest.

 

already got my tix . I am going sunday, thats the only day I have off. I will be riding my zx12 from philly if anyone want to tag along.

 

What's your plan stan?

I could probably sneek down Sunday as well..........if I can convince my brain that my sole is wrong and the AMA doesn't suck.........oh I so do want to see a pace car out with liter superbikes.:thumbsup::crazy:

 

Unfortunately I'm tied up Labor Day weekend. I really want to see the facility though.

 

I am going to leave philly around 6am, stop for some breakfast along the way and then on to the races. I havent been to a race in over 8 years. last time was laguna in cali when I used to live out there. glad that they are racing close by. let me know if anyone wants to meet up along the way.

 

I'll be there. My Wife, a friend & I have passes for all 3 days.

Yeah, I know. But I did get in the South Dakota/Ontario trip (5,000+ miles), and the Mid-Ohio trip so far this year. I've still got the Assateague, MD trip in September, and the Bar Harbor, ME trip in October (we'll ride through the Adirondacks on the way to Maine). I do get out most weekends for several hours at a clip, just not the past two (family stuff). Wish I could just get on the VFR, head out, and not come back for months, but life gets in the way.

 

Have fun guys, can't do it this year.

Invite is open to join me and some other September 21, 2009, at NJMP-Lightning for a NESBA track day.

I am new to this site, and wouldn't mind meeting some people from this group. I will be leaving philly around 6am if anyone is up for the ride down. maybe stop for breakfast?

 

I may be interested in going down Sunday morning. Won't know for sure until maybe Wednesday.

 

For those of you going on Sunday.....did you want to set up a meeting place in the morning for breakfast.....mmmmmm pancakes?
