Xtremedecals.com Sucks!!!

I will NEVER deal with Xtremedecals again

on may 26th I emailed the about a set of tank wings for a 1984 VF500f in silver
because they dint list the silver alone on the website

I was told they had them & to just order the orange ones & at checkout put Silver not orange in the memo.. so I did

ordered the decals from them on 5/28/10

according to the post mark on the envelope they were shipped 6-14-10
I recived them 6/28/10 ...yep you guessed in I received ORANGE decals.


so I email them Again stating thier screw up .. On 6/29/10 they want pictures of what I need because they dont list them on thier website... so I send them thier picture from the website of the set they list in silver & a picture of a 84vf500 with the correct decals..

On 7/05/10 i recieved an email stating the correct decals were sent out that day ..


today is 7/29/10

still no decals.....


tomorrow I will be stoping by my bank to file a dispute form

 

did you send the wrong ones back? Have you called them to ask where the stickers are? try this avenue first before you go the route you are saying your going...

 

I asked (in Email) if he wanted the wrong ones back .... no response

you find me a phone # I'll gladly call ..

I sent emails on 7/26 & 7/29 no response

 

They're in the middle of the ocean (somewhere) mine took awhile but were good. They may be out surfing or something. I lived on a island in the 70s, nothing happens very fast, the Gunja is good thou.

 

That sucks man sorry to hear about the trouble with Xtremedecals. I have used them and not had any trouble yet. Maybe I should look for a new provider.


And I believe that every Honda decal on a bike adds 10 cool points!

 

I've dealt with them twice, and other than slightly long shipping times (because of their location) I've always got exactly what I wanted and they're pretty good quality.

 

hopefully you have gotten some form of answer

 

haven't heard a word from them ...
