I think you found a random bullshit article. If you follow the link the bike described in the article is the NM4. This thing . Apparently who ever published it didn't attached the appropriate pic. Whats pictured is some kind of "concept" rendered in 3-D.
Concept bikes and concept cars go way back. They are akin to fashion shows. Nice rendering and we could sometime see some licks shown on that computer model but for real? I don't think so. Maybe in the next Mad Max sequel where Max has a gender change and marries Chaz Bono.
